Instructor-led Training

Products and Equipment

As a customer of ACEL Dealer Services, product demonstrations and equipment training is available upon request from your Account Representative.  An initial kickoff meeting and equipment orientation is followed by ongoing new product demonstrations and equipment updates.  Selling tips and techniques, new product introductions and other support will be shared during regularly scheduled store visits.

Sales Training

Service Sales Training can be customized for each customer’s needs.  These classes are typically scheduled outside of the store operating hours and held in a professional sales training environment.  The foundation class is “Professional Service Selling”.  The instructional focus on all modules is participant practice.  Our simulations are filmed and played back for participant review.  The intent is the salesperson returns to their location and implements the tactics leaned.  Subsequent modules use the selling frame work learned in the foundation class and focuses on a particular service segment.  Other modules consist of Selling Brakes, Selling A/C, Selling Steering & Suspension, and of course Selling PM with MOC Products.

Management and Leadership Development

These classes are geared toward leading a team to implement a business plan.  Your control documents, HR policies and corporate initiatives are incorporated into our business plan training framework.  During the week, focus is placed on coaching and counseling associates, business to business calls, and understanding the financial impact of their decisions.  The primary objective is for the participant to leave the class with a plan they created that supports your company initiatives.  Filming is used to provide feedback and self-critique.
